Job summary

Outsourced Pro Global is seeking an AI Video Content Creator to join our team, focusing on video editing, creative production, and AI-driven content creation. You will develop engaging visuals from concept to final output, including original videos and assets using AI tools.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, a strong portfolio, and the ability to translate briefs into compelling content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience using AI creation tools to create video content.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating original video/content creation from concept to completion.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to turn a brief or idea into compelling visual content.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift and to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to develop original video concepts, scenes, visual assets, and content.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Take content from the initial concept through scripting, asset creation, editing, and final production.
• Develop creative video concepts based on marketing objectives, brand direction, and audience interests.
• Create short-form and long-form video content suitable for different digital platforms.
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, text, music, and other elements to improve engagement and storytelling.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements and deliver assets on schedule.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats and variations for social media and other marketing channels.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI content creation tools, video trends, formats, and best practices.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh and creative ideas to the content.
• Organise project files, assets, and completed content efficiently.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is highly creative, hands-on, and comfortable turning ideas into compelling content quickly. You should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, understand what makes content engaging, and be confident using both traditional creative software and emerging AI tools.

Key Skills:

• Strong video editing and content creation skills.
• Proven ability to create original content, rather than only editing existing footage.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and audience engagement.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is an advantage.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for developing video scripts, hooks, captions, and narratives.
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with AI video and image generation tools.
• Experience creating AI-generated talking-head videos, cinematic visuals, UGC-style content, or social media creatives.
• Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and creative workflows.
• Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content performance.
