Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager for the AI Transparency Reporting team within Trust and Safety in the United States. You will ensure transparency and accountability of Google's AI systems to regulators, delivering scalable reports across Google's product ecosystem.

You will translate complex technical concepts for regulators, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and external deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming AI regulatory reporting requirements and prepare deliverables.
• Coordinate AI regulatory reporting with cross-functional team members.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to share insights and coordinate deliverables.
• Operationalize regulatory reporting processes to maximize scale and reduce risk.
• Lead strategic programs and contribute to transparency site initiatives.
