Job summary

Google LLC in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Program Manager for AI Transparency Reporting to ensure the transparency and accountability of Google's AI systems to regulators and key opinion formers worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional projects, translate complex technical concepts for regulators, and drive scalable reporting across Google's product ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to identify requirements, align priorities, and deliver regulatory reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming AI regulatory reporting requirements and prepare for operational deliverables across the team.
• Manage the coordination and delivery of AI regulatory reporting requirements, working closely with other members of the Regulatory Reporting team.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to share insights and developments and coordinate on joint deliverables.
• Operationalize new and existing regulatory reporting processes, utilizing AI where possible, to maximize scale and efficiency and minimize risk.
• Establish leadership presence and execute against strategic programs for the team, including transparency site.
