Job summary

Cognition is seeking an Applied AI Transformation Manager to lead value-driven programs for enterprise accounts. You’ll identify strategic opportunities, design delivery models for agentic AI, and guide executives through value realization and reporting.

You’ll embed with select accounts, manage cross-functional teams, and help scale adoption across thousands of engineers while building centers of excellence and a robust enablement playbook.

Qualifications

• Computer science or EE undergraduate degree required.
• SWE intern or full-time work experience.
• 3–5 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm with value targeting and realization experience.
• Startup experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
• Ensure seamless operations and delivery for the customer program with the Cognition account team.
• Maintain visibility on playbook implementation and value metrics.
• Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers.
• Build centers of excellence within accounts with tailored enablement programs.
