Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as CS, EE, Math, OR, or Data Science.
• 6+ years in software development and technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML in production and leading large-scale transformation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java or C++ and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, and distributed systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking; able to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructures and APIs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define requirements and AI integration.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools to maintain technological leadership.
• Champion change management and upskill teams in AI literacy.
• Define and track KPIs and report to executive leadership.
• Establish standards for data quality, model governance, security, privacy, and ethics.
