Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a customer-facing advisor to partner with enterprise brands and agencies, integrating AI into end-to-end creative content workflows. You will work with senior creative leaders and designers, editors, and production teams to maximize value from first use case to scaled adoption.

You will lead end-to-end AI workflow transformation engagements, guiding high-impact use cases from initial proof to full production and adoption across the content supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience owning business outcomes with enterprise customers and measurable client impact.
• Hands-on experience with creative production workflows or content supply chains.
• Familiarity with AI creative tooling in the Adobe ecosystem or alternative platforms.
• Ability to operate within an agile, pod-based software development lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel within the US roughly 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer creative orgs to understand brand systems, production models and leadership metrics.
• Lead end-to-end AI workflow transformation engagements, prioritizing high-impact use cases.
• Advise on deploying and scaling AI-powered creative pipelines across ideation to measurement.
• Facilitate workshops mapping current workflows to AI-enabled processes and develop change plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional specialists and synthesize feedback for product teams without direct authority.
• Drive adoption through enablement sessions, train customer teams, and transition ownership.
