Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We're building a world where getting support is simple, personal, and built around the person, so care can continue through every job, move, health plan, and life stage.

Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. With outcomes independently validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute, Spring Health reaches more than 170 million people worldwide through leading employers, health plans, and partners.

As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.

The AI Transformation Director, Revenue owns AI transformation across the revenue organization, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Sitting within the AI Transformation Office and partnering directly with Revenue executive leadership, this person determines where AI can create the greatest value and leads initiatives from concept through sustained adoption.

They define the revenue AI transformation portfolio, build solutions hands-on, assemble cross-functional working teams, and drive execution. The mandate is department-wide transformation: changing how revenue teams operate through AI-enabled workflows that improve go-to-market effectiveness, customer experience, and business performance.

The role partners closely with Revenue Operations, Systems, and Strategy & Operations to ensure solutions fit revenue workflows and have the technology, process changes, and ownership needed to succeed. The AI Transformation Director also helps shape company-wide standards for how AI is applied and governed, informed by what works across revenue teams.

This is a full-time individual contributor role reporting to the Chief of Staff, AI Transformation. The role may be based remotely or in New York City and requires minimal travel.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the revenue AI transformation roadmap. Define and continuously refine a prioritized portfolio aligned with Revenue leadership’s strategy and business goals.

  • Understand how revenue work gets done. Work directly with leaders, process owners, subject-matter experts, and end users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to understand workflows, constraints, and cross-functional handoffs. Identify high-value AI opportunities and size their potential impact.

  • Assemble and lead cross-functional working teams. Map stakeholders and dependencies for each initiative, define decision rights and responsibilities, establish accountability, and drive execution across contributors.

  • Lead initiatives through sustained adoption. Take priority initiatives from problem definition through build, pilot, rollout, adoption, and measurement, ensuring solutions become part of how revenue teams operate.

  • Build and test solutions hands‑on. Prototype and configure AI‑enabled workflows, evaluate tools and vendors, and translate emerging capabilities into practical revenue use cases. Validate early versions with users and iterate based on evidence.

  • Align solutions with revenue systems and processes. Partner with Revenue Operations, Systems, Strategy & Operations, and other relevant owners to resolve integration needs, information requirements, process changes, and implementation dependencies.

  • Design for ongoing operation. Determine the technology, operating model, resources, and ownership required to deliver and sustain each initiative, including how teams will monitor performance, handle exceptions, and maintain solutions.

  • Establish evaluation and governance standards. Apply company‑wide AI standards within Revenue and define how solutions are evaluated for accuracy, reliability, risk, and return on investment. Establish appropriate validation and human oversight before AI outputs inform consequential decisions or reach customers.

  • Measure realized business value. Define baseline performance and success measures, track outcomes and sustained adoption, and stop, redesign, or redirect initiatives that do not meet expectations.

  • Make successful workflows repeatable and reusable. Transition solutions into documented workflows that revenue teams can operate and improve independently. Share reusable approaches across departments, contribute to company‑wide AI priorities and standards, and elevate broader dependencies to the AI Transformation Office.

What success looks like in this role:
  • Revenue has a clear, prioritized multi‑year AI transformation roadmap aligned with its business strategy and consistently delivers against it.

  • AI changes how revenue teams and cross‑functional workflows operate, beyond individual productivity gains.

  • Priority initiatives progress from opportunity to sustained adoption, with clear ownership at every stage.

  • AI‑enabled workflows deliver measurable improvements in revenue performance, customer experience, cost, time, or quality.

  • Solutions operate reliably within revenue workflows, with appropriate safeguards and human oversight.

  • Underperforming initiatives are stopped, redesigned, or deprioritized based on defined success measures.

  • Revenue teams can maintain and improve their AI‑enabled workflows over time.

How you’ll use AI in this role:
  • Embeds AI into systematic, repeatable revenue workflows.

  • Validates AI outputs before they reach stakeholders or customers and identifies logical gaps, inaccuracies, and risks.

  • Actively seeks out emerging best practices and incorporates them into their approach.

  • Develops AI workflows that increase the effectiveness of revenue teams and improve cross‑functional execution.

  • Creates documented AI‑enabled workflows that revenue teams can operate and maintain independently.

What you’ll bring:
  • 8+ years driving technology‑enabled business transformation, including department‑wide or enterprise‑wide initiatives; 5+ years leading complex implementations end to end; and 2+ years implementing AI‑enabled solutions.

  • Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI‑enabled workflows, including agents, copilots, or automation applied to go‑to‑market processes, connecting AI tools to business data and systems, and configuring repeatable workflows.

  • Experience working directly with Revenue or go‑to‑market teams, with an understanding of workflows such as lead management, sales execution, pipeline forecasting, and customer expansion.

  • Ability to work within CRM, revenue intelligence, and sales engagement platforms, understand their data and workflow capabilities, and implement improvements in partnership with systems owners.

  • Experience testing and maintaining AI solutions, including validating outputs against source data, troubleshooting failures, and establishing human review, monitoring, and appropriate data safeguards.

  • Strong business judgment, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize opportunities, influence senior leaders, drive cross‑functional execution, and connect results to business impact.

  • Strong change management skills, with a track record of driving sustained adoption and creating documented workflows that teams can operate independently.
