Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project/program management, technology implementation, organizational innovation, business-process improvement, change management, or related area.
• Experience moving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and evaluation.
• Practical experience with generative AI, AI-assisted productivity tools, workflow automation, data analytics, enterprise software, or related emerging technologies.
• Experience working with senior leaders, functional departments, technical specialists, vendors, and other stakeholders to translate organizational needs into practical solutions.
• Higher education or experience in another complex, highly regulated service organization preferred.
