Job summary

GigaKOM is seeking a highly experienced AI practitioner to assess, redesign, and modernize internal workflows and systems through applied artificial intelligence. This consultant will evaluate current business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that increase operational efficiency.

The engagement is strategic and hands-on, focused on execution with measurable outcomes, governance, and enablement across CRM, ERP, reporting, and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience retooling internal enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and system integration.
• Experience deploying LLM-based tools and AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities

• Assess & identify opportunities: review internal systems and workflows, identify high-ROI AI use cases.
• Retool & optimize systems: integrate AI into CRM, ERP, ticketing, reporting, and ops platforms.
• Implement & deploy: evaluate and deploy LLM-based tools and automation platforms.
• Establish governance & enablement: define AI governance, provide docs and training materials.
