S&J Plumbing is seeking an AI & Business Transformation Manager to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that streamline operations, HR, recruiting, and onboarding. You will lead cross-functional improvements, develop scalable workflows, and implement automation across departments to drive efficiency and growth.

You’ll partner with leadership to map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and deliver practical AI solutions with measurable impact, including dashboards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows across operations, dispatch, call center, accounting, marketing, recruiting, HR, warehouse, sales, and field teams
• Identify repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
• Redesign processes to improve scalability and performance
• Identify and implement practical AI solutions across the business
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for measurable value
• Develop standards and best practices for AI adoption
• Build automated workflows and integrations between business systems
• Develop internal tools using low-code and AI-assisted platforms
• Take projects from concept through implementation and adoption
• Improve hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development processes
• Streamline applicant tracking, scheduling, communications, and onboarding workflows
• Build dashboards for leadership visibility into recruiting and training
• Document key processes and create scalable SOPs
• Develop AI-assisted knowledge management systems
• Train employees on new tools, automation, and AI best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to understand current workflows and opportunities
• Design scalable systems that boost productivity and consistency
• Drive measurable improvements in profitability and performance
