Job summary

Guardian Life seeks a collaborative transformation leader to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions for Wealth Management advisors. • Identify and execute AI-enabled opportunities to improve advisor effectiveness, efficiency, and client experience.
• Partner with business teams to understand advisor workflows, evaluate challenges, and streamline processes through AI and automation.
• Design, build, and support AI-powered solutions using enterprise technologies (e.g., Copilot Studio, AI agents).
• Maintain awareness of emerging AI capabilities and translate insights into practical recommendations for business partners.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Wealth Management, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Learning teams to implement solutions within governance frameworks.

You understand how advisors and Wealth Management teams work, can translate complex challenges into actionable opportunities, and build strong relationships across business and technical functions. You are comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving AI landscape and have first‑hand experience developing and rolling out transformational projects that deliver tangible benefits. You are a strategic thinking that can operate in a fast pace environment and the can pivot quickly to execute on initiatives and deliver tangible results.

You have

• - Business or internal consulting experience and a problem-solving mindset
• - Demonstrated experience developing and implementing transformation initiatives that produced measurable business outcomes.
• - Strong knowledge of AI capabilities and the practical application of AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, and user experiences.
• - Understanding of Wealth Management operations, advisor workflows, or a closely related financial services environment.
• - Experience partnering across business, technology, product, operations, risk, compliance, and learning teams
• - Ability to develop training materials, best practices, user guides, and communications that support adoption and sustainable change.
• - Sound judgment in applying governance, compliance, risk, and operational requirements to AI-enabled solutions.
• - Desire to operate in a fast pace organization and execute first-hand transformational initiatives

You will

• - Identify and execute AI-enabled opportunities that improve advisor effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the client experience.
• - Partner with business teams to understand advisor and service workflows, evaluate challenges, and streamline processes through AI, automation, and digital tools.
• - Design, build, and support AI-powered solutions using approved enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, workflow automation tools, and AI agents.
• - Maintain awareness of emerging AI capabilities, industry developments, and best practices, and translate relevant insights into practical recommendations for business partners.
• - Collaborate with Distribution, Wealth Management, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Learning teams to implement solutions, enable change, and drive sustainable adoption within established governance frameworks.

Salary Range:

$82,770.00 - $135,975.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
