Job summary

UserTesting is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to own end-to-end AI training project delivery—from initial scoping with customers to successful execution. You will design scalable contributor workflows, recruit and onboard communities, and manage project economics and risks in a fast-paced environment.

In this remote US role, you’ll partner with customers and internal teams to drive outcomes, optimize processes, and support the growth of UserTesting's AI Training business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing large populations of contractors or contributors.
• Strong PM and analytical skills to model performance and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Familiarity with AI training concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI training projects from scoping to execution.
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized contributor populations.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage contributor communities with scalable workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs to customers and teams.
• Identify opportunities to build repeatable processes and scalable systems.
