Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in HCI, UX Design, Product Design, or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
• Strong understanding of usability heuristics, WCAG accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
• Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Proficient in explaining the 'why' behind design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM-Generated Designs: assess AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
• Audit Accessibility & Inclusion: review model outputs to ensure adherence to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Fact-Check UX Principles: validate that model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles.
• Annotate Design Logic: identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps, or poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces.
• Refine Product Requirements: evaluate AI-generated PRDs for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
