Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Market Research AI Training Expert to create, evaluate, and refine training data for frontier AI initiatives. You will translate market research knowledge into realistic tasks that test research design, survey methodology, data analysis, and consumer insights.

The role is remote for US-based contractors, with the expectation of about three years of hands-on experience in market research or analytics.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in market research, marketing analytics, or consumer insights.
Experience designing surveys and conducting quantitative or qualitative data analysis.
Strong knowledge of market research methodologies.
Ability to assess methodological strengths and weaknesses.
Experience producing research design plans, survey instruments, data analysis reports, or consumer insight presentations.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Produce market research and data analytics tasks with gold-standard solutions.
Design scenarios involving research methodology, survey creation, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, and consumer insights.
Write clear prompts, structured rubrics, and grading frameworks.
Review task scenarios and datasets for methodological soundness.
Check work for technical accuracy and practical realism.
Apply quality benchmarks and incorporate calibration feedback.
Iterate on task designs under senior review.
Align completed work with project guidelines and milestone deadlines.
