Job summary

Kinetic Staffing LLC is seeking an AI Training and Adoption Specialist to drive training and adoption of AI solutions across business operations. The role partners with business users and IT teams to translate AI capabilities into practical workflows, improving productivity and outcomes.

The position is hybrid with regular onsite work in Ridgeland, MS, and up to 20% travel. You will develop training materials, support onboarding, and measure impact to ensure successful AI utilization across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI training, adoption, organizational change, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Experience facilitating workshops, presentations, and instructor-led training.
• Experience supporting technology implementations or workforce enablement initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms preferred.
• Prosci, change management, or AI certifications or coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and in-person AI training, workshops, demonstrations, and learning sessions.
• Develop role-based training materials, user guides, FAQs, playbooks, and other learning resources.
• Support user readiness, onboarding, and adoption of newly deployed AI solutions.
• Execute AI adoption and rollout plans and identify barriers to successful utilization.
• Partner with business users and leaders to gather feedback, encourage adoption, and improve AI utilization.
• Participate in discovery sessions to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements.
• Track adoption, utilization, and business impact metrics to evaluate effectiveness and support reporting.
• Support AI champion communities and broader communication and awareness initiatives.

We are seeking an AI Training and Adoption Specialist to support the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence solutions across business operations for a professional services firm. This role will work with business users and technology teams to deliver training, improve user readiness, and translate AI capabilities into practical workflows that improve productivity and business outcomes.

This is a hybrid position with regular onsite work required in Ridgeland, MS based on project needs. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Compensation

• $44-55/hr.
