Job summary

Partnerverse seeks an experienced AI Trainer to design and deliver training programs in Generative AI and related ML topics. You will create curricula, run workshops for developers, data scientists, and business professionals, and guide hands-on exercises to build practical skills.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in AI development, plus 1 year of training others, with strong communication and a passion for mentoring in a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI development and ML frameworks.
• At least 1 year of experience training others in AI, corporate or academic.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring in a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI training programs and workshops for diverse audiences.
• Design curriculum and training materials on ML, DL, NLP, CV, Generative AI, and AI ethics.
• Deliver engaging sessions in-person and virtually for mixed expertise levels.
• Guide participants through hands-on exercises and projects to reinforce learning.
• Stay updated on AI trends and integrate new tools into training content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to improve content and delivery methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and feedback, and propose improvements.
