Job summary

LTM in Irving, TX is hiring a senior engineer to own the enterprise integration layer of the Store Agent platform, delivering secure, scalable connectivity between AI agents and business systems. You will design and implement Agentic AI solutions using the Agentic Framework across the BlueverseGenAIAIAPlatform domain.

Responsibilities include architecting multiagent orchestration, integrating APIs and ERP, and building observability into AI systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in AI and system integration.
Experience with tooling integration.
Experience architecting multiagent frameworks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement multiagent orchestration frameworks to support complex AI workflows
Develop and maintain AI agents using the Agentic Framework tailored to specific business use cases
Design and optimize pipelines that incorporate memory and planning tools to improve agent effectiveness
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability with APIs, ERP, and operational tools
Implement observability tracing and performance monitoring solutions to maintain AI system reliability
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, AI architects, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals
Advance Agentic AI by researching and applying new techniques in memory management and planning
