Alignerr is seeking an Offensive Security Analyst (Structured / Non-Exploit) for an hourly contract conducted remotely. You will analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies to help train and evaluate AI systems that understand cyber threats.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on pentesting, red teaming, or blue-team with offensive knowledge.
• Experience with real attack lifecycles in production environments.
• Ability to document attack chains, tradeoffs and impact clearly for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies across realistic environments.
• Identify and classify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps across infrastructure.
• Review red-team scenarios and intrusion narratives for accuracy and plausibility.
• Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data for AI training and evaluation.
• Explain how attacks propagate, where defenses fail, and how risk compounds across environments.
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule.
