Responsibilities include deploying data science and ML solutions, shaping data strategy, mentoring analysts, and delivering detailed reports. A Top Secret clearance is required; starting salary range is $136,114.28–$187,157.14 with a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related Intelligence field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related role.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Relevant experience can substitute for the required educational qualifications; in the absence of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of related experience is required.
• Experience with cyber security tools, SIEM/UEBA platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze large, unstructured data sets to surface insider threats and AI threat trends.
• Proficiency in Python or R; data visualization with Tableau/Power BI.
• SQL proficiency; scripting and data wrangling.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner for Security and Insider Risk stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Drive development and deployment of data science, insider threat, and AI security solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders to shape data strategy and define project goals.
• Implement advanced AI solutions for security operations (offense and defense).
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance across programs.
• Mentor junior/mid-level threat analysts.
• Lead creation of detailed reports and visualizations communicating insights.
• Apply advanced statistical models and ML algorithms.
• Continuously enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay current on threat trends and AI advancements.
