Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in B2B content/brand marketing for SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling with clear audience focus.
• Experience across the full customer journey and messaging frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate research into credible content and campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and editorials in tech domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Create connected content journeys that build on one another across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Solution Marketing, Demand Gen, Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
• Produce original thought leadership, industry reports, and benchmark content.
