Job summary

SOMERSET STAFFING is seeking a Hands-on quality engineering lead or Senior AI Tester in Chicago. You will architect and execute AI-augmented testing, drive regression and system integration coverage, and ensure security and operational integrity across enterprise workflows.

The role requires 7–10 years in QA/SDET/QE with strong automation and AI testing skills, plus experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and REST/API automation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years QA/SDET/QE experience with automation and AI testing.
• Experience with AI-assisted QE and system integration testing.
• Knowledge of test strategy, traceability, and CI/CD gates.
• Experience evaluating nondeterministic AI outputs with criteria.

Responsibilities
