Job summary

Armison Tech in Chantilly, VA (on-site) is seeking an experienced AI Technology Integrator to modernise client infrastructure and cybersecurity. TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

You will focus on integrating AI-related technologies into existing systems for enterprise-wide impact. You will work with a mission-critical team across departments to drive AI adoption initiatives, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities (prompt engineering, LLMs, and AI tooling).
• Experience liaising between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to advance technology adoption.
• Experience coordinating between software developers, data scientists, and business units to ensure smooth integration.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and tracking detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Experience monitoring resource allocation and generating management reports across initiatives.
• Ability translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights and deliver status updates.

Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced AI Technology Integrator.

Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)

Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

You will be working as part of a mission-critical team focused on modernising our customer's infrastructure, their cybersecurity stance, and deploying new technologies based on enterprise-wide needs both internally and out in the field. This is a new position that will focus on integrating AI-related emerging technologies into existing systems and architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
• A strong and practical understanding of AI capabilities (specifically prompt engineering, LLMs, and AI tooling), and translating that knowledge into core programmatic functions, such as scheduling, and resource allocation.
• 3 to 6 years of experience serving as the liaison between technical teams, and non-technical key stakeholders to further technology adoption initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the intermediary between software developers, data scientists, business units, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth technology and systems integration.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and tracking detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables on projects with enterprise-wide impact.
• Experience monitoring and managing the allocation of human and technical resources, and creating reports to management across multiple initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business insights, managing expectations, and delivering regular status updates and reports.
• Familiarity with AI prompt engineering, and familiarity with AI workflows to help prototype, test, and validate new AI solutions to ensure they meet project requirements.
