Job summary

Armison Tech in McLean, VA seeks a Data Scientist to turn structured and unstructured data into clear analytics insights, supporting data-driven decisions for production, resources, and mission-critical personnel.

You will leverage Python NLP, deep learning, and GPU-accelerated computing to build models for text classification and topic modeling, delivering accurate information and engaging visualizations for our government clients.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience with ETL: extract, transform, load.
• Proficient with Python NLP packages (SpaCy, Gensim, NLTK).
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras).
• Experience with HuggingFace libraries and transformers.
• Experience building models for text classification and topic modeling.
• Experience leveraging GPUs and writing advanced SQL queries.
• Experience conducting advanced statistical analysis on personnel, intelligence, and performance.

Data Scientist

Location: McLean, VA(on-site client environment)

Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

Armison Tech is looking for a candidate skilled in data visualization and analysis to assist the team with accurate information and presentation of learning related data in order to fulfill our Customer\'s needs and facilitate data driven decisions. You will take your deep experience and help our customer with structured and unstructured data into clear and supported analytics insights to help decision making related to production, resources, and mission-critical personnel.

Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
• Demonstrated experience performing extract, transform, and load procedures.
• Experience with Python NLP packages such as Spacy, Gensim, or NLTK.
• Demonstrated experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Keras.
• Experience with HuggingFace Transformers libraries and hub.
• Experience with creating machine learning models that conduct text classification and topic modeling.
• Deep experience leveraging GPUs for accelerated computing, and writing advanced queries in SQL.
• Experience conducting advanced statistical analysis on personnel, intelligence, and performance.
