TeamSoft, Inc. seeks an AI / Technology Consultant for a 6-month hybrid project in Burlington, NJ. You will analyze workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with business operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have experience with workflow automation, data manipulation, Google Workspace tools, Python, and scripting. The role includes training non-technical staff and delivering clear documentation for post-launch maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with business operations teams to evaluate manual processes and design end-to-end automation solutions.
• Build scalable automations, automated email responses with attachments, reporting dashboards, dynamic forms, and OCR/data scrubbing setups using Google Workspace, Apps Script, Python, RPA, Excel/VBA, and AI tools (Gemini preferred).
• Perform data validation, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across relational databases (BigQuery, SQL Server).
• Draft formal automation proposals to submit to IT for policy compliance and system approval.
• Create clear technical documentation and codebase manuals for post-launch maintenance.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for non-technical staff to enable self-sufficiency.

Job Title: AI / Technology Consultant
Client: Direct
Role Type: 6-Month Contract (Hybrid)
Target Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (W2)
Work Schedule: Hybrid (In-office Mon–Wed, Remote Thu–Fri | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/CST, 35 hrs/week)

• Itasca Park, IL Preferred – Manager Location
• Jamesburg / Burlington, NJ

Position Overview

We are seeking an AI / Technology Consultant for a 6-month hybrid consulting project. Reporting directly to the Manager of Business Operations, you will collaborate with key internal business teams (Business Process Planning, CUSA IT) to analyze repetitive, manual workflows and build maintainable, scalable automation solutions.

This is an ideal role for an entry-to-mid-level technologist with strong technical abilities in workflow automation, data manipulation, and Google Workspace AI tools who excels at translating complex technical solutions for non-technical business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Evaluation & Automation Design: Meet directly with business operations teams to evaluate manual processes and design end-to-end automation solutions.
• Automation Execution: Build scalable automations, automated email responses with attachments, reporting dashboards, dynamic forms, and OCR/data scrubbing setups using Google Workspace, Apps Script, Python, RPA, Excel/VBA, and AI tools (Gemini preferred).
• Data & ETL Management: Perform data validation, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across relational databases (BigQuery, SQL Server).
• Governance & IT Proposals: Draft formal automation proposals (e.g., RPA integration for ERP systems) to submit to CUSA IT for policy compliance and system approval.
• Documentation & Technical Hand-off: Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation and codebase manuals to ensure internal teams can easily maintain all tools post-launch.
• User Training & Empowerment: Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions for non-technical business staff to enable self-sufficiency.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Entry-to-mid-level candidates with strong applied technical execution are encouraged to apply.
• Core Technical Stack:
  • Automation & Scripting: Python, Google Apps Script, RPA tools, Advanced Excel / VBA.
  • AI & Cloud Tools: Google Workspace, AI tools (Gemini preferred).
  • Databases & Data Handling: SQL Server, Google BigQuery, ETL processing, data validation, and data scrubbing.

Soft Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication, outstanding documentation skills, high attention to data accuracy, and a user-centric mindset for training business teams.
