Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager with PMO, Agile and Jira expertise to support ANDE in the Americas OCTO – PAD team, driving delivery and governance across multiple workstreams. You will facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain Jira boards, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with Product Owners to refine the backlog and roadmap, ensuring on-time value delivery.

This remote US role offers a broad impact across EY’s technology initiatives and requires 5+ years in delivery leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project/Product Management or delivery leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with PMO processes, RAID, governance, and stakeholder comms.
• Experience with product development and Agile product delivery.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric products.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred.
• Experience and interest working with AI tools, agents, products, etc.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Project Manager with strong PMO, product delivery and Agile expertise, along with hands-on experience with Jira will support the planning, execution, and governance of technology initiatives within the Americas Office of CTO (OCTO) – Product and Architecture Delivery (PAD) team.

One key initiative you will help support is AI-Native Development Environment (ANDE) and you will be responsible for driving ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain project governance, manage delivery plans, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.

• Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

• Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.

• Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.

• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery objectives.

• Coordinate product roadmap planning to ensure alignment between product strategy and delivery execution.

• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.

• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.

• Operate in a “Flow Master” capacity (according to the ANDE framework) and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure ANDE pilots are run effectively and on-time.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.

• Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.

• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.

• Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.

• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver customer-centric products and solutions.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job is:

• New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $150,700 to $251,200

• Bay Area California offices – $157,100 to $261,600

• All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $125,500 to $230,200

• Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
