Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LLMs, transformers, and prompting techniques.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying RAG applications for real users.
• Experience hosting models on GPU infrastructure and sizing/quantization tradeoffs.
• Experience delivering AI in disconnected or classified environments with ATO support.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into AI architecture choices.
