Job summary

Bloomreach in the United States is hiring a Public Relations and Communications Specialist to strengthen media visibility worldwide, with a primary focus on the U.S. You’ll work closely with executives, marketing, product, and customer success teams to identify compelling stories and secure relevant media opportunities.

The role is hands-on, with responsibility for media strategy, external communications, and managing two PR agencies, plus ad hoc strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications for AI or B2B technology companies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and message-framing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once.

Responsibilities

• Lead media relations strategy in partnership with external agencies—proactively pitching stories, managing inbound press inquiries, coordinating interviews, and briefing executives for interviews
• Craft compelling external communications, including press releases, media statements, bylines, and executive social media content
• Build and deepen relationships with reporters across business, AI, marketing, and ecommerce media to elevate Bloomreach’s voice in the industry
• Drive our industry awards program end-to-end—identifying high-value opportunities and writing winning submissions that showcase our teams, customers, and company achievements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for two PR agencies, plus lead ad hoc strategic projects as they arise
• Support the internal communications team by turning company milestones and strategic updates into clear, high-impact announcements that keep employees informed and engaged
• Own media analytics and reporting, tracking coverage trends and translating insights into sharper PR strategy
