Job summary

OpenClaw Foundation is seeking a Technical Partnerships & Program Manager to serve as the technical bridge between the Foundation, its strategic partners, and the broader open-source community.

This cross-functional role focuses on enabling successful technical collaboration across organizations. You’ll partner with leadership, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Product teams to ensure partners adopt, integrate with, or contribute to OpenClaw with an exceptional technical experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Partnerships, Partner Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Developer Relations Engineering, or a related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Strategic Partnerships Lead and Executive Director during technical conversations with prospective Foundation members and ecosystem partners.
• Understand partner architectures, AI infrastructure, deployment models, and technical objectives.
• Evaluate technical fit and identify opportunities for collaboration around OpenClaw, interoperability, and emerging standards.
• Represent the Foundation in technical discussions with AI labs, cloud providers, enterprises, research organizations, and developer communities.
• Lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives spanning multiple internal teams and external organizations.
• Develop project plans, coordinate milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify technical risks.
• Drive partner-driven initiatives from planning through successful execution.
• Ensure technical collaborations remain aligned, on schedule, and positioned for long-term success.
• Gather technical feedback from partners, contributors, and community members.
• Translate ecosystem needs into clear product requirements and engineering priorities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve APIs, SDKs, developer tooling, documentation, and interoperability.
