BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks an associate with 2–4 years of experience to support a growing AI-focused docket spanning advisory, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters.

This client-facing role offers early responsibility, exposure to AI governance and regulatory strategy, and collaboration with leading practitioners while building relationships with corporate and technology clients.

Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Monitor and analyze AI law developments and provide client-ready guidance.
• Support AI-related corporate and technology transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Participate in fact development, discovery, and case strategy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
