Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an associate in Seattle, WA, with 2–4 years of experience to assist a growing AI-focused docket spanning advisory, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. The role offers early responsibility and exposure to cross-functional AI issues at the intersection of law and technology.

Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills; strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Admission (or eligibility) to the jurisdiction where applying for bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Monitor AI law developments and provide client-ready guidance.
• Support AI-related corporate transactions, including due diligence and agreement negotiation.
• Develop expertise on AI issues in corporate transactions and assist deal teams.
• Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Support discovery, case strategy, and client relationships across AI, litigation, and corporate teams.
