Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Chicago, IL seeks an associate with 2-4 years of experience to support a growing docket of AI-focused advisory, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. The role emphasizes regulatory and advisory work with exposure to cutting-edge issues at the intersection of AI, regulation, and business.

You will advise clients on AI governance, monitor developments, and assist AI-related corporate transactions, while developing expertise in AI issues within corporate matters

Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Monitor and analyze developments in AI law and regulation.
• Support AI-related corporate and technology transactions.
• Develop expertise on AI issues in corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Support fact development, discovery, and case strategy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
