Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, plus hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, and big data tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and 6 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of education, 11 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and manages data science teams and enterprise analytics projects.
• Defines data science strategy, technical roadmap, and project priorities.
• Oversees team performance, development planning, and succession management.
• Ensures delivery of scalable, secure, and ethical data science solutions.
• Collaborates with business and technical leaders to align analytics with strategic goals.
• Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding, and team growth.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
