Job summary

micro1 is seeking AI Generalist Experts to contribute to customer projects focused on improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you'll apply your experience, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with AI tools to complete real-world tasks, evaluate AI outputs, and provide structured feedback.

Your work will involve executing digital workflows, documenting results, and identifying improvements to help models understand and perform practical tasks more reliably.

Qualifications

• A few years of professional work experience in any field, including business, technology, operations, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable completing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain good weekly availability.
• Previous experience with micro1, AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services.
• Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and evaluate their performance.
• Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines.
• Document task execution through screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy and real-world usability.
• Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
