Job summary

Complete Structural Consulting, Inc. seeks a Software Development & AI Systems Manager to lead the development of our internal platform and production systems in Indianapolis.

You will direct a team of engineers, coordinate with leadership, and translate ideas into scalable software with strong reliability and security. The role requires 5+ years building software, backend architecture, Python and SQL expertise, and experience integrating APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building software systems and leading teams.
• Strong backend development and system architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of internal software systems and platform architecture.
• Manage and coordinate internal engineers, developers, and external resources.
• Translate business and engineering workflows into structured software systems.
• Design and enforce system architecture, data models, and development standards.
• Build and oversee APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Review, refine, and approve work prior to deployment.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive projects from concept through production and iteration.
