Job summary

Oteemo, Inc is seeking an exceptional AI Software Engineer to build and scale enterprise AI applications end to end from database to UI. You’ll work with cutting-edge LLM technology, RAG systems, and production ML infrastructure to ship intelligent features that deliver real business value at scale.

You’ll be a key contributor, implementing end-to-end pipelines, integrating with leading LLMs, and building scalable backend services with Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js.

Qualifications

• Expert Python skills with FastAPI/Flask.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Security and authentication best practices.
• Proven production AI/ML deployments.
• LLM integration and RAG systems knowledge.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• CI/CD for ML/AI apps.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end RAG pipelines for document search across enterprise knowledge bases.
• Build production-ready integrations with leading LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks.
• Create agent systems with tool integration capabilities.
• Implement vector search solutions (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
• Build scalable backend services with Python/FastAPI.
• Develop frontend applications with React/Next.js and real-time streaming.
• Design and optimize database schemas for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Implement WebSocket servers and event-driven architectures.
• Create comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E).
• Deploy ML/AI services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Monitoring with Datadog, Prometheus/ Grafana, LangSmith, Weights & Biases.
• Cost optimization through caching and batching.
• Security and compliance measures.
