Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience with modern frameworks and production-grade deployments.
• Deep understanding of CS fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience shipping AI/ML applications in production environments with emphasis on reliability and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines for enterprise document search and Q&A.
• Integrate with leading LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) for contextual responses.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks for high-quality AI outputs.
• Create agent systems with tool integration to autonomously complete complex tasks.
• Implement vector search solutions for semantic knowledge retrieval.
• Build backend services using Python/FastAPI with secure APIs and robust error handling.
• Develop frontend apps with React/Next.js and real-time streaming for LLM responses.
• Design scalable database schemas for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
