Elios AI in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced software engineer to build production AI systems for enterprise clients. You’ll own hands-on work with RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, observability, and cost controls, delivering reliable features that real users depend on.

The role requires 5+ years in production software engineering, full-stack capability across Python, TypeScript, React, and modern backends, plus strong client-facing delivery experience.

• 5+ years of production software engineering with hands-on LLM work.
• Experience shipping AI systems used by real clients with measurable outcomes.
• Full-stack skills across Python, TypeScript, React, and modern backends.
• Client-facing or consulting delivery experience with shipped projects.
• Hands-on builder mindset; not a delegator.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered features into production, incl. RAG pipelines and model integrations.
• Instrument features with evals, observability, latency optimization, and cost management.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders and translate decisions for non-technical audiences.
• Own your workstream from scoping through deployment.
• Use agentic coding tools daily to amplify output while owning every shipped line.
• Stay current with AI tooling, frameworks, protocols, and models.
