You will embed with clinical, operations, and market teams to design and deploy production AI systems, automate workflows, and build tools that improve patient outcomes and cost efficiency. Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying production systems.
• Strong technical fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, agents, or applied ML.
• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, ML, AI, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clinical, operations, and market teams to understand how work actually happens.
• Identify high-impact problems affecting cost, quality, and patient outcomes.
• Rapidly design and build tools, automations, and AI systems used in production.
• Work with complex, messy datasets (clinical, claims, operational).
• Build across the stack: data pipelines, APIs, models, and user-facing applications.
• Iterate quickly based on real-world feedback.
• Help shape how technology is adopted across the organization.
