Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
• 3+ years in UNIX/Linux server environments.
• Experience with Linux TCP/IP configuration and RAID basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Build, install and troubleshoot complex computer and network systems.
• Provide hands-on deployment of Penguin Solutions' offerings.
• Perform in-factory and on-site racking, cabling, installation, and verification.
• Install, configure, and tune software applications and SDN solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Contribute to documentation and training for solutions.
