Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in software design, architecture, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with benchmarking methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics and benchmarking frameworks.
• Analyze customer outcomes and produce executive performance reports.
• Contributes to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps around software engineering; executes proofs of concepts.
• Interact with user management regarding project status and requirements to improve productivity.
