Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a driven HPC/AI benchmarking engineer to advance our edge-to-cloud portfolios. You will lead benchmarking across CPU, GPU, and storage, evaluating architectures and running AI training/inference workloads.

The role requires deep expertise in parallel programming (MPI/OpenMP), Linux, and GPU offload (CUDA/HIP). A Master’s degree or PhD is preferred, with strong communication in English and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with HPC/AI workloads, MLPerf and related benchmarks.
• Knowledge of CPUs/GPUs, memory, networking and storage architectures.
• Ability to lead complex HPC/AI performance projects and translate results.
• Proven programming in C/C++, Fortran, Python on Linux environments.
• Familiarity with CUDA/HIP offload and performance profiling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead HPC and AI benchmarking projects across CPU, GPU, memory and storage.
• Evaluate HPC/AI architectures using performance models and data.
• Run and analyze scientific, AI training and inference workloads.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize software stacks and runtimes.
• Apply parallel computing and memory/I/O optimization for credible results.
