Job summary

BrothersTech is seeking an experienced AI consultant to help clients adopt and scale AI across their business processes. You will define AI strategies, design solutions using ML/LLMs, and lead PoC development, working closely with data scientists and developers to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will assess requirements, create implementation roadmaps, and advise on responsible AI, privacy, and governance while preparing compelling business cases and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI, data science, IT, business analytics, or related field.
• Experience translating business problems into AI solutions and roadmaps.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI tools, cloud services, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Assess business requirements and identify opportunities for AI adoption and automation.
• Consult with clients to define AI strategies, use cases, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design AI solutions using machine learning, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).
• Evaluate AI tools, platforms, models, and cloud services based on business needs.
• Develop proofs-of-concept (PoCs) and prototypes to demonstrate AI capabilities.
• Recommend and implement generative AI, RAG, chatbots, and AI agent solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend AI-powered improvements.
• Support AI model evaluation, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Advise clients on responsible AI, data privacy, security, governance, and compliance.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Track AI industry trends and recommend suitable emerging technologies.
