Job summary

InvestorFlow seeks an executive to build and lead its AI Consulting Practice, combining deep management consulting credentials with genuine AI expertise. The role will shape offerings, pricing, and delivery standards while building a high-performance team and driving client value in private markets.

You will guide AI strategy, readiness assessments, and implementation roadmaps, aligning advisory work with InvestorFlow’s platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI strategy, adoption, and enterprise AI implementation across strategic and operational levels.
• Track record engaging with financial services or investment management clients, private markets exposure preferred.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build or scale a consulting practice, service line, or center of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, go-to-market, and operating model for InvestorFlow’s AI Consulting Practice.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements with focus on client outcomes and timely delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performance consulting team through hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Guide clients through AI readiness, strategy, prioritization, and implementation roadmaps.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and partners.
