Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks an AI Security Manager to lead engagements on AI governance, security strategy, and risk programs for enterprise clients. You will translate business, regulatory, and risk objectives into governance frameworks and secure design across AI initiatives.

You'll collaborate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Security Operations, and Application Security teams; shape reusable assets; and guide advisory delivery from assessment through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or tech consulting including AI/ML risk.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks, risk operating models, or security strategy programs.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, etc.).
• Experience leading client-facing advisory or risk engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 25%-50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments, governance workshops, and risk model design.
• Translate objectives, obligations, and risk appetite into governance frameworks and control models.
• Advise clients on AI security strategy and review governance artifacts and risk assessments.
• Manage engagement scope, teams, milestones, quality, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Application Security, and Security Operations leaders.
• Shape solutions during pursuits with workshops, proposals, estimates, and delivery plans.
