Job summary

Prime 8 Consulting seeks an AI Enablement Associate/Specialist hybrid role to drive AI adoption across enterprise clients and internal teams. You’ll design change programs, train leadership, and develop prompt libraries that ensure accurate, on-brand AI outputs.

AI Enablement Associate/Specialist - Hybrid

Overview

We’re looking for someone who treats AI as a default tool for solving problems, not a specialty. You’ll work embedded with enterprise clients and internal teams to find where AI actually moves the needle, build the frameworks and training that make adoption stick, and be the person executives and large groups trust in the room. This is a strategy and enablement role, not a research role—the bar is real adoption and measurable outcomes, not proofs of concept that never ship.

What You’ll Do

• Run discovery with client and internal teams to surface, score, and prioritize AI use cases against an impact/risk framework.
• Design and deliver change management programs—training tracks, playbooks, and adoption pathways that move teams from awareness to consistent use.
• Present to and train executives, senior leaders, and large groups on AI capabilities, governance, and responsible use.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, validation systems, and workflow documentation that keep AI output accurate and on-brand.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements and stakeholder groups without losing momentum on any one.
• Stay ahead of new AI tools and platforms, agent frameworks, and emerging models, and translate them into practical use quickly.

What You’ll Have

• 2-5 years of professional experience; background can be in marketing, communications, operations, hospitality, or another client-facing field—a technical or computer science background is not required.
• A demonstrated pattern of using AI first to solve problems, with evidence of something you’ve built from that habit, such as a process, a tool, or a training program.
• Strong verbal communication and presence, with genuine comfort presenting to executives and large audiences.
• A tenacious, self-directed learner who keeps pace with new AI tools without being told to.
• Experience designing or delivering training, playbooks, or change programs is a strong plus.

Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $80,000-95,000 Annually (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
