You will serve as our internal Automation Specialist, AI strategist, researcher, implementation lead, and trainer—identifying best-in-class AI platforms, designing practical workflows, and enabling employees to use AI effectively to boost productivity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• SAT 1400+ (or ACT equivalent)
• GPA 3.7+ from a top university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Extremely detail oriented
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies
• Experience with AI tools (LLMs, automation, data tools)
• Personal AI projects or research initiatives preferred
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• APIs, scripting, or no-code automation familiarity

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents for planning and execution
• Implement RAG and grounding for internal knowledge
• Use Azure OpenAI Assistants or similar
• Ensure reliability with failover, monitoring, and evaluation
• Partner with IT for model access and security controls
• Integrate AI across Microsoft 365 and internal systems
• Maintain templates, workflows, prompts, and internal tools
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows with AI and automation
• Prototype quickly, validate with business partners, iterate
• Lead trainings and playbooks to drive company-wide adoption
• Coach executives and staff on practical AI usage and safe prompting
