FlowGen Labs is hiring a hands-on, forward‑deployed professional to own customer engagements from discovery through deployment and expansion. You will work closely with executives, frontline users, and SAP teams to translate complex workflows into autonomous deployments.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to uncover high‑value processes, define success metrics, and drive adoption across enterprise environments in a San Francisco Bay Area, in-person role.

About Us

Role Summary

You will own the business outcomes of FlowGen’s most important enterprise deployments. Working in close partnership with a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with customer finance, operations, and technology teams to understand how work actually gets done across complex SAP environments. You will identify the workflows where autonomous agents can create the most value, define what success looks like, align stakeholders, and lead the engagement from initial discovery through production adoption and expansion. This is a hands‑on, forward‑deployed role. You will not deliver a strategy deck and move on. You will build trust with executives and frontline users, create structure from ambiguity, translate operational complexity into an executable deployment plan, and remain accountable until the system delivers measurable business impact. You will:

What We’re Looking For

Experience with SAP, enterprise finance, supply chain, procurement, order management, or other operational workflows is valuable but not required. You should be excited to develop deep expertise in these areas.
