Job description

This role sits between customers and engineering, running custom AI agent projects for finance teams from first scoping through launch and support. A strong candidate has led complex technical projects, can map finance processes, and can hold senior customer stakeholders steady through change. Clear writing, expectation setting, and turning customer feedback into product input matter as much as AI knowledge.
