Job summary

BilgeAdam Technologies GmbH seeks a seasoned AI Architecture Lead to own end-to-end architecture across telecom domains, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions integrated with OSS/BSS ecosystems. You will drive GenAI/ML/Agentic strategy, governance, and platform standards.

The role requires deep telecom knowledge, cloud/Kubernetes expertise, and experience with AI patterning such as RAG and feature stores. This position supports global OpCo deployments and cross-country latency considerations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Telecom OSS/BSS familiarity (billing, mediation, provisioning) and 4G/5G core knowledge.
• AI architecture patterns (RAG, LLM orchestration, feature stores).

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture across GenAI, ML, and Agentic systems for telecom priorities.
• Design integration with OSS/BSS and network data sources (CDRs, probes, telemetry).
• Establish reference architectures for RAG, real-time inference, and AI agents.
• Define AI governance, TRiSM, model risk frameworks aligned with telecom regulations.
• Standardize architecture for multi-country OpCo deployments (latency and sovereignty).
