Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an AI adoption champion based in Charlotte, NC. This contract-to-perm role focuses on coaching non-technical teams to leverage Copilot, Claude, and internal tools, driving daily usage and cultural change to embrace AI as an administrative assistant.

The role requires travel to 12 ports including LATAM and the United States, strong communication, and the ability to onboard leadership and manage stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Must travel between 12 Ports including LATAM and the United States.
• Spanish language skills preferred for LATAM communication.
• Based in Charlotte or willing to relocate to start.
• Experience with Copilot and Claude tools.
• Reporting to CIO; not a developer role.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Coaching: Work 1-on-1 and in small groups with non-technical teams to show them how to use AI practically (e.g., Copilot in Excel, email summarizing).
• Leadership Onboarding: Sit down with terminal MDs and Senior Management Teams to get them comfortable opening and using the tools.
• Change Management: Address employee anxieties about AI replacing jobs. Shift the culture toward seeing AI as an administrative assistant.
• Overcome Pushback: Travel to terminals to partner with local Heads of IT, map out stakeholders, and navigate resistance to new workflows.
• Security Advocacy: Educate teams on data leakage risks and steer them away from unapproved public tools and toward our 9 approved internal tools.
• Community Initiatives: Help launch and run interactive programs like "AI Week," source internal success stories, and run cross-terminal working groups.

Job Summary

AI fluency program to drive daily adoption of our approved tools-primarily Microsoft Copilot (Basic & Premium), Claude, and Claude Code. The tools and general training curriculum are already in place; we need a high-energy, hands-on champion to embed with our business and tech teams, drive usage, and manage the cultural change that comes with AI. Reporting directly to the Program Sponsor, you will act as a coach and bridge builder. You will work with everyone from regional Managing Directors to terminal operations teams, helping them integrate AI into their specific daily workflows to boost productivity. Needs to travel between 12 Ports and this includes LATAM and the United States.

Preferred to have Spanish as another language to be able to write and communicate with the staff in LATAM.

Needs to be based in Charlotte or willing to go there to start for a period of time.

Needs Copilot Basic and Copilot Pro and Claude and Claude Code strong exp.

Reporting directly to the CIO

This is not a Developer role but more focused on helping from basic logging in to the art of the possible within their specialties and areas of concentration.

Has to be a great communicator and be able to sit and teach stakeholders to all employees.
